The personal data processing agreement

By joining this Agreement and leaving one’s personal data on the Site avia-plus.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site), the User:

• confirms that all the data provided by them belongs to them personally;
• confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of their personal data in full;
• confirms that the text of the agreement and the terms of personal data processing are clear to them;
• agrees to the processing by the Site of the provided personal information for the purpose of concluding this Agreement between them and the Site as well as its subsequent implementation;
• agrees to the terms personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.

The User gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, namely, to perform the actions provided for in article 3, part 1, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ On Personal Data, and confirms that by giving such consent, they act freely, of their own will, and in their own interest. The User's consent to the personal data processing is specific, informed, and deliberate.

This User's consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name, and patronymic; phone number; email address.

The User grants the Site the right to perform the following actions (operations) with the personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the reporting retention period established by the regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of the service usage termination by the User; clarification (update, change); use; deletion; depersonalization; transfer on a court demand, including to third parties, in compliance with the measures that protect personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be revoked by you by sending a relevant request on the User’s part in a simple written form to the following e-mail address: info@avia-plus.com. The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update has to be indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The law of the Russian Federation applies both to this Agreement and the relations between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
